After conducting a 14-hour search at Bollywood actor Dino Morea's house, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), India's central agency, has summoned him. The raid was conducted on charges of his involvement in the Mithi River siltation scam in Mumbai. The long search was conducted at the actor's Bandra house on Friday (June 6, 2025).

It is learned that there has been an allegation of a financial scam of about Rs 65 crore in the Mithi River siltation project. As part of the investigation into this case, the ED conducted raids in 15 areas of Mumbai and Kerala, including Dino Morea's house. The names of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation Assistant Engineer Prashant Ramugade and several contractors have also been implicated in this scam.

According to sources, ED officials have collected some important documents and information from Dino Morea's house. It has been alleged that fake attendance of workers was shown through fake logbooks and slips and an additional bill of Rs 3 crore was created for hired equipment. The ED suspects that crores of rupees were diverted through this corruption.

Apart from Dino Morea, the ED has also summoned his brother Santino Morea for questioning in this case. They have been directed to appear before the ED officials within the next week and record their statements. Dino Morea is known to be close to Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) leader Aaditya Thackeray. No official statement has been received from Dino Morea on this matter yet.
